Raptors: NBA East Sleepers Again?

Having won 12 of their past 17 games -- without All-Star point guard Kyle Lowry -- the Toronto Raptors seem ready to make a deep run in the playoffs. Much of that is due to the fact that their defense has drastically improved since the All-Star break.
