NBA East Teams Stagger Towards The Playoffs

Since the All-Star break, the Toronto Raptors (6-4) shouldn't be able to make up ground on the Cavs (4-6) and Celtics (5-5) without Kyle Lowry to run their offense, but if the teams in the East keep playing this poorly, it's possible.
