The NBA’s late-July target gives the Raptors something to work with
Toronto StarDisney’s ESPN complex near Orlando would be the base for up to 30 NBA teams, depending on the format when games resume. Before that, however, the defending champion Raptors might opt to work out in more familiar surroundings.
