Lowry, Westbrook named NBA All-Star reserves

Toronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry and Oklahoma City Thunder triple-double machine Russell Westbrook, who both fell short of the honour of starting the NBA All-Star game, will play in the event as reserves.
