Easy to forget that superstar athletes like Kevin Durant are people too

Several Raptors fans were waving goodbye to Durant when he suffered his Achilles injury, grins on their faces, triumphal. Not a majority, but hardly one rotten apple, either. That’s a human reaction, too: a tribal, vicious one.
