Lowry named all-star reserve, Siakam bid falls short

Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry was one of seven Eastern Conference players named an all-star reserve on Thursday and will represent Toronto in the NBA All-Star Game, joining teammate Kawhi Leonard in Charlotte next month, Josh Lewenberg writes.
