How Canada Is Becoming A Basketball Country

Things have changed dramatically since Leo Rautins burst onto the scene in 1977 as the youngest player in the history of the Canadian Men's National team. Rautins went on to play for Syracuse University and become the first Canadian to be taken in the first round of the NBA draft in 1983.
