Powell to sit out with hip pointer as Raptors visit Rockets

After leaving Sunday's loss to the Celtics, Raptors guard/forward Norm Powell will sit out of tonight's game against the Rockets with a hip pointer. OG Anunoby or C.J. Miles will likely replace Powell in the starting lineup.
