Raptors to unload Carroll, Joseph in cost-cutting moves

In long anticipated cost-cutting moves, Toronto will send DeMarre Carroll and the remaining $30.2 million on his contract to Brooklyn and orchestrate a sign-and-trade deal to send Cory Joseph to Indiana for C.J. Miles.
