Raptors forward Pascal Siakam named an all-star starter for the first time

The Raptors have now had an all-star starter for every game since 2015, the longest streak for any team in the league. Kyle Lowry (2015, 2016), DeMar DeRozan (2017, 2018) and Kawhi Leonard (2019) preceded Siakam as Toronto all-star starters.
